Kai will lead the learning programme with keynote appearances from professional rugby players on courses.
Kai said: “I am truly excited to be launching this series of training programmes, which will emphasise the importance of having fun and working hard as a team to build success in business.
“I have been fortunate enough to play in some successful teams whose culture and planning strategies have led to success on the field, none more so than my proudest moment when I played in the Exeter Chiefs’ Aviva Premiership winning side at Twickenham last May.
“A successful on-field team in rugby can only be achieved through proper planning and teamwork. There is no doubt these skills and strategies can be transferred to business and I look forward to helping firms build a bright future based on the experience I have.”
