Workplace innovation is a term increasingly used across Europe to describe the introduction of evidence-based workplace practices that enable people at every level to use and develop their full range of skills, knowledge, experience and creativity. It helps organisations and their employees improve organisational performance and working lives. The approach is of equal importance to all types of organisation, be they large or small, in manufacturing or services, or in public administrations.
Workplace Innovation will:
•Examine the business case for workplace innovation and its impact on employee health and well-being.
•Explore core workplace practices that lead to high performance and high quality of working life.
•Share international examples of good practice.
•Enable participants to assess workplace practices in their organisations and identify priorities for change.
This highly interactive session will be delivered by Workplace Innovation Europe (www.workplaceinnovation.eu), an international, not for profit company dedicated to developing and sharing innovative work practices both through research and through direct support to companies.
