The backstage tour will take you around this magnificent venue and will be followed by a two course lunch and a presentation from our sponsor, Workplace Innovation EU.
Are you wondering on how to create high performance and make your business a great place to work? If so, come and join us for this fantastic event!
This lunchtime session offers a unique opportunity to discover how a growing number of companies are transforming their working practices and cultures in ways that lead to real improvements in business performance, innovation, employee engagement and well-being.
Workplace innovation is a term increasingly used across Europe to describe the introduction of evidence-based workplace practices that enable people at every level to use and develop their full range of skills, knowledge, experience and creativity. It helps organisations and their employees improve organisational performance and working lives. The approach is of equal importance to all types of organisation, be they large or small, in manufacturing or services, or in public administrations.
Workplace Innovation will:
•Examine the business case for workplace innovation and its impact on employee health and well-being.
•Explore core workplace practices that lead to high performance and high quality of working life.
•Share international examples of good practice.
•Enable participants to assess workplace practices in their organisations and identify priorities for change.
This highly interactive session will be delivered by Workplace Innovation Europe (www.workplaceinnovation.eu), an international, not for profit company dedicated to developing and sharing innovative work practices both through research and through direct support to companies. As part of our diverse portfolio of activities, we work with a wide range of companies from large corporates to SMEs. We co-lead the European Workplace Innovation Network (EUWIN) established by the European Commission, and are delivering flagship workplace innovation programmes in Scotland.
“Participants at the session will gain practical insights and actionable ideas drawn from a vast body of research and experience. You will also receive an invite to Fresh Thinking Labs, an accessible and targeted online forum for people looking for ideas and practical support. It facilitates dialogue and knowledge sharing between members from all over Europe, with common interests and challenges”.
