Event Description:

Business Planning
Owners and managers need a business plan and so do department heads and anyone with a specific area of a business for which they are responsible.  This one-day course looks at why we plan, what happens when we don’t plan and how to build and monitor a plan that leads to success.  During the day we will cover:

  • Why plan?
  • What is a business plan for?
  • Format and structure of a business plan
  • Goals, strategies, tactics, resources
  • Interdependencies
  • Measurement, monitoring and review

Attendees can come along with a specific planning need in mind and will leave with a framework for the plan they need for their business, department or area.
