Following the government’s announcement encouraging businesses to return to work – the COVID-19 outbreak has presented businesses with a number of challenges, including providing a safe working environment for the workforce and others attending premises. This webinar will provide an overview of the key duties under health and safety legislation, and discuss a number of practical issues regarding how to manage the workforce returning to work safely. It will be presented by a specialist health and safety Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson in conjunction with the Chamber.
