Chamber Live on Zoom!
Join us to experience our virtual panel session where we will be providing our business community with a platform where you can find expert advice in different subjects that are impacting on us all at this time, and the opportunity to ask questions of our panel about your own specific situations.
Following the sudden and unprecedented impact of COVID19 we completely understand the challenge businesses are facing. Therefore, there has never been a better or more important time to be a member of the Chamber with the reliable, trusted support of a well-connected and influential business group that can provide you with valuable advice to support you and your business.
Finding employees with the right level of skills has been an important agenda in the South West for some time and as we come out of this period of uncertainty it is going to be more apparent than ever. For businesses to be viable as we move forward we will all need to be updating and improving skills to ensure we are able to keep ahead of the market. There are a wide range of online development options available which are ideal for employees on furlough, as well as for those who are continuing to work and the Chamber can help to direct you towards these.
Do you currently employ an apprentice? If so, are you fully aware of your responsibilities to them during this time? Our experts will be able to help you negotiate the relaxations and revised rules around apprenticeships during this interactive session.
If you would like to submit questions prior to the event please email olivia.paterson@devonchamber.co.uk or post on the LinkedIn members page.
