This one-day course looks at different types of business communications and how to use them effectively. When it is ok to email or send a text and when is it not ok? The range of communication methods available to us all in increasing all the time. Attendees will be able to understand how to choose the best means of communication for the business and the recipient. What is most cost effective, what is most time effective, and importantly, what is most effective at getting a message across successfully? We will cover:

About the Trainer
The Business Fundamentals programme is designed and led by Frances Fawcett MInstLM, FITOL from International Trade Matters Ltd. Frances has worked both within, and with, large global corporations and small businesses and frequently internationally. She has founded and run her own business so knows and understands the challenges of businesses both large and small. She has always had a keen interest in personal development that has led her to focus on coaching and training. Her interest spills over into her personal life where she is a volunteer Scout Leader holding roles including that of County Leadership and Management Trainer.
