Nigel Reece - Nigel is the Managing Director of Cognique, who have been helping businesses since 2003 with their creative skills including graphic design, content marketing digital marketing and PR. His career spans 25 years, and he manages the marketing planning, strategy, deployment and analysis within the organisation. Nigel will join us to discuss and highlight the areas that businesses need to consider regarding e-Commerce with the EU (i.e. changes to shipping rates by country, exportation paperwork and codes for products).
Ben Travers - Ben heads up the IP, IT and Data Protection team at Stephens Scown LLP, one of the largest specialist teams in the UK. An innovative, entrepreneurial lawyer, Ben has a reputation for helping his clients with dynamic solutions, with a particular focus on the creation, protection and exploitation of IP, the legal issues arising from emerging techniques and online trade. Ben will join us to discuss and highlight the areas that businesses need to consider regarding Data and IP. This will include the steps that businesses will need to take to be compliant and to protect themselves, issues arising selling directly to consumers IN EU states.
