Join our drop-in session, presented in partnership with Nuffield Health Devonshire. Hear from speakers and meet businesses dedicated to getting and keeping you and your employees on top form.
We'll be covering a variety of topics such as: health MOTs, nutrition and eating well, exercise, leisure activities, volunteering, stress reduction and management, mental health, advice for employers on your legal employee’s wellbeing responsibilities, compassionate workplaces and private healthcare provision. Over a networking lunch at 12 noon, meet and make business contacts.

11.00am – Hear a talk from HR specialist Jayme Nicholson (Kitsons Solicitors) with regards to Stress management at work sickness how to help reduce this and overall legal responsibilities of employers
11.15am – Hear from Gail Wilson from St Luke’s Hospice and talk about compassionate city
11.30am – Hear from Clare Rumble – Nuffield Physiotherapist who will talk about Ergonomics and moving better in the workplace ie. An awareness of and about repetitive strain injury.
11.45am – Hear from Carolyn Giles from Kitson's LLP on wellbeing Strategies at work
12.00pm – Lunch and chance to network
12.30pm – Hear from Dr Louise Langman Clinical Psychologist about the benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the employer Psychotherapist's Consultant from Nuffield health hospital
12.45pm – Hear from Dr Louise Langman Clinical Psychologist on mental health in the workplace
13.00pm – Hear from Jay Marriott about how athletes mentally prepare themselves to do a good job, as well as the struggles they may face
