Event Description:

Managing Change
Every organisation is facing change all the time.  Otherwise they are standing still and that eventually leads to them being overtaken by their competitors or other external factors.  So, change management is a key for all owners, managers and team leaders.  This half day course looks at a powerful model for successful change and breaks it down into simple steps that managers can use to bring about successful change.  We will cover:

  • Why change?
  • What goes wrong?
  • A framework for successful implementation of change

As with all the courses in this programme, attendees will leave with practical ideas that can be used to make improvements right away.  This course also provides valuable diagnostic skills that can be used when things are not going according to plan.
