Process Management
Are there activities in your business that are done time and time again?  Would you like them to be done properly every time?  Would you like it to be easy for your staff to be away on holiday while their tasks continue to be implemented to the same high quality and with the same accuracy?  Then you need robust processes in place.  In this half day course, we will cover:

  • What is a process?
  • Why plan processes?
  • How to formalise a process
  • How to ensure it happens properly every time
  • How to manage processes for maximum success

Effective and predictable processes make tasks easier and lead to increased employee satisfaction, customer quality and cost savings.
