About Us

We exist to care for and work with people aged 50+, those living with dementia and carers, in and around the City of Plymouth, to improve their quality of life through the promotion of choice, opportunity and independence.
Tackling loneliness is a key aim of AUKP, with the focus of helping people keep active, connected, and purposeful within their community.
