About Us

For more than 30 years Children's Hospice South West has been caring for children and young people with life-threatening conditions by providing children's hospice and professional family support services. We provide specialist palliative care, respite for the whole family, a sibling service for brothers and sisters, emergency support, end of life care and a bereavement service for as long as is needed.
