About Us
Word Forest's mission: to mitigate the global climate emergency by reforesting Kenya with trees that grow up to 10 times faster than anywhere else on the planet.
To ensure they grow to maturity, we implement a raft of inspiritive social, educative and environmental initiatives that empower the people who plant and tend the trees.
The four pillars of our work: plant trees, build schools, facilitate education and women's empowerment in rural Kenya.
