About us
In 2023, the director Phil Winchurch and Company Manager Louise Winchurch could see an opportunity to provide e-commerce fulfilment services for new and micro ecommerce companies that were looking to expand their business but were still working out of their home or office.
We are not a large conglomerate, but a small family run business, we give a personalised service and adapt to change quickly and easily to suit the individual business needs of our clients. There are several ways to be able to communicate with us and it can be as much or as little as you want, plus you will be always dealing with the same point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent and friendly customer service and are conscious of your high expectations and how precious your business is. There is no minimum order and no long-term contract, taking the pressure off you, and making the services easily accessible to all!
 
How it works
There will be a 1-2-1 onboarding process ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. We will have plenty of time to get to know you and your requirements as well as you getting to know us and how passionate we are. Once everything is in place, we will move your stock to our warehouse, handling the receipt of inventory with accuracy and care keeping it highly organised. You can trust that the storage of your products will be safe, as we will lock it away under CCTV, with the appropriate insurance and alarms, giving you complete peace of mind.
 
The management of inventory is paramount, keeping you up to date with your business stock levels and sales in real time. We track the storage of your products and can do a stock check whenever you require. Winchurch Transport Ltd have a 100% picking accuracy rate* powered by our custom-built technology, with all the work you have put into your business, the last thing you need is for the wrong items to be shipped.
 
Our team take great care with your products, and you can even use your own custom packaging to advertise your business if you like. We listen and adhere to your business principles. For shipping and administration, we work with trusted carriers to ensure your packages reach your customers, from labelling to dispatch and tracking, we will manage every aspect of the process. We can also deal with any return orders; we have a streamlined returns process enabling you to either refund or resend at your discretion. We have a simple billing process, with weekly invoices showing all transactions, giving you a chance to keep up with your budgets.
