Taster Sessions
 
The Midlife MOT Programme for Devon & Cornwall is an initiative funded by the DWP, there is no cost to you or your employees to get involved. It is delivered by Capita Pension Solutions, in partnership with Switch Lifestyles.
The programme is aimed at employees aged 44 to 56 years old, working for employers in Devon and Cornwall.
 
Through the Midlife MOT programme, we deliver group workshops to offer support and guidance around three key areas - Wealth, Work and Wellbeing.
 
The programme also provides 121s and access to the My MLMOT App where employees can access a broad range of learning materials.
 
We would love to have an opportunity to introduce the programme to you via our online taster sessions. Here you will gain a better understanding of the 3 key areas, and you will get to see the employee journey, including the My MLMOT App. This will give you an insight to the benefits to the employees who are in the age range for the programme.
 
We will also explain how we can support you introducing the Midlife MOT to your employees, what collateral is available, and how we collaborate with employers to ensure they can support their employees to get the most out of the programme.
